Advertising in The Hampshire Leapfrog is free for all students, staff, and faculty of Hampshire College, Amherst College, the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Smith College, and Mount Holyoke College. Other individuals and organizations may inquire for pricing.
All advertisements are published under the first and last name of the person submitting the advertisement, or, if submitted on behalf of an organization, the name of the organization.
Advertisements must comply with The Hampshire Leapfrog’s policies.
The Hampshire Leapfrog reserves the right to refuse advertisements for any reason.

Print Advertising
The deadline for submitting print advertisements is dependent on publishing schedule. The Hampshire Leapfrog does not currently have a regular print schedule. Please contact [email protected] to inquire about the deadline for the next issue.
Print advertisements should come in the form of SVG, PNG, or JPG files, in descending order of preference. Advertisements should be designed with black-and-white printing in mind: the background should be completely white or transparent. If your advertisement is in color, we will still accept it, but we may edit it for black-and-white printing at our own discretion.
When submitting a print advertisement, please include the following in your email:
- The advertisement file (SVG, PNG, or JPG)
- Until what date you would like your advertisement to be continually placed in print issues. Maximum of one academic year, you will have to resubmit at the beginning of the fall semester if you would like to continue printing your advertisement.
- Your preference for where the advertisement is placed in the paper, if any. Final placement is at the discretion of The Hampshire Leapfrog.
- What size you would like it to appear on the page. Final sizing is at the discretion of The Hampshire Leapfrog.

Social Media Advertising
The Hampshire Leapfrog accepts social media advertisements on a rolling basis.
Please tag @hampshireleapfrog in a post, or DM it to the account if you would like it to be shared as an advertisement on The Hampshire Leapfrog Instagram story.
Instagram stories are visible for 24 hours, if you would like it to be posted again, please DM the post to the account again.
Please note that your Instagram account must be public for The Hampshire Leapfrog to share your post as an advertisement. If you do not have a public Instagram account, please contact [email protected] to find an alternative solution.
